Solution Enables Smart Card Integration With Apple iOS Devices for Government Agencies and Ministries Around the World

Through integration with Juniper Networks(R) Junos(R)Pulse Secure Access Service and Thursby's PKard(R) software and cardreader hardware, government employees can now use the same smartcardsin use today for all levels of authentication -- both physical andonline -- to connect to private or carrier mobile networks throughtheir iPhones or iPads.

Juniper Networks is the first vendor to offer seamless and secureauthentication for remote access to government networks from mobiledevices via simple smartcards. Other card readers that integrate withthe Junos Pulse Secure Access Service include Precise Biometrics'Tactivo(TM) and models from Identive.
